Maheswari is a deluxe phinisi with 8 cabins that you can take whole for up to 20 guests. A 3D2N charter for up to 10 guests costs IDR 58,000,000 (≈ USD 3,558), and each guest above 10 adds IDR 2,500,000 (≈ USD 153). Fourteen guests pay IDR 4,860,000 (≈ USD 298) each, with the chef and boat crew included.
The whole boat first, priced for your party
We begin with the whole boat. The table below sets out the 3D2N fare for your party, from a couple to a full boat. Ten guests pay IDR 5,800,000 (≈ USD 356) each, and at twenty the share drops to IDR 4,150,000 (≈ USD 255).
The fare covers the boat, the chef and boat crew, breakfast, lunch and dinner on trip days, coffee, tea, mineral water, snacks, snorkelling gear, and pickup and drop-off in Labuan Bajo. Park tickets, flights, your hotel and insurance are yours to arrange.

Three days or four, laid out in order
Pickup is at 10:00 from your hotel or the airport, and Maheswari sails at 10:30. On the 3D2N, day one runs to Kelor, Manjarite and the sunset at Kalong. Day two opens with the Padar trek, then Pink Beach, Komodo, Taka Makassar and Manta Point. Day three is a snorkel at Siaba and an early lunch, and you are back in Labuan Bajo in the late morning, so book flights after 14:00.
The 4D3N, at IDR 67,000,000 (≈ USD 4,110) for up to 10 guests, adds Rangko Cave, Burung Island, Kanawa and Strawberry Rock. Each morning the captain settles the day's stops with the weather in mind.
Eight cabins in four pairs
Eight cabins come in four pairs, all air-conditioned, each with its own bathroom. Superior is on the lower deck and Signature Ocean on the main deck; Deluxe Ocean and Master Ocean share the upper deck. The two balcony classes, Signature Ocean and Master Ocean, take a third guest on an extra bed.
On queen beds the boat sleeps 16, and the four extra beds bring that to 20. Say who sleeps with whom, and we draw up the cabin plan.
Your chef and a crew of six
A crew of 6 sails with Maheswari on every trip, the chef among them. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served on trip days, with snacks, coffee, tea and mineral water between, and dietary notes reach the chef with your booking.
The day is spent on deck: a sun deck with lazy chairs, bean bags, a Bluetooth sound system and a jacuzzi, with an indoor dining room for meals. Soft drinks and alcohol are yours to bring.

Honeymoon, family, corporate retreat: three ways to use the boat
For the two of you, a honeymoon means a balcony cabin, and with the whole boat to yourselves the 3D2N is IDR 29,000,000 (≈ USD 1,779) each. For your family, eight guests pay IDR 7,250,000 (≈ USD 445) each, and children under 3 travel free. For your team, fourteen colleagues come to IDR 68,000,000 (≈ USD 4,172) for the whole boat, on one invoice.

The stops we sail to
Padar, Komodo and Kelor are walks; Pink Beach, Manjarite, Taka Makassar, Manta Point and Siaba are for snorkelling; evenings end at Kalong or Kanawa. The full day visits Padar, Pink Beach and Komodo and returns the same day, and each longer route adds stops. The captain sets the order inside a day.
The months, matched to the party
April to June, October and November bring the calmest seas and the clearest water. July and August are windier and busier, with better manta sightings; January and February are wet and quiet. The fare is the same in every month, so choose the month for the sea, and the months page sets each one out.
A single cabin, for parties that do not need the boat
Some parties need a cabin rather than the whole boat. The open trip runs the 3D2N route on Mondays and Fridays, a seat in a cabin, two sharing: Deluxe Ocean is IDR 5,250,000 (≈ USD 322) per person, Signature Ocean IDR 5,750,000 (≈ USD 353) and Master Ocean IDR 6,250,000 (≈ USD 383). A cabin is sold to 2 paying guests, so a single traveller writes to us with a date, and we say what is possible on that departure.
The deck and the dining room are shared with everyone aboard. From 10 guests the whole boat comes out below a Master Ocean seat per person.

How many guests can Maheswari take overnight?
Up to 20. Eight cabins on queen beds hold 16 guests, and the four balcony cabins in Signature Ocean and Master Ocean each take one extra bed, which brings the total to 20. The full day also stops at 20, so no trip on this boat carries more.
What does the whole boat cost per person?
On the 3D2N, 10 guests pay IDR 5,800,000 (≈ USD 356) each and 20 pay IDR 4,150,000 (≈ USD 255) each. Other lengths and party sizes change the figure, so the price page carries the full table for every party from 1 to 20.
What is not in the charter fare?
Park tickets, ranger fees, flights, your Labuan Bajo hotel, travel insurance, personal expenses and tips for guide and crew. On a charter the guide and the photo and video documentation are arranged on request and quoted separately.
Do I need the whole boat, or is one cabin enough?
One cabin is enough if you are 2 or 3 guests happy to share the deck. The open trip sells cabins on the 3D2N route, per person, two sharing, with Deluxe Ocean at IDR 5,250,000 (≈ USD 322). From 10 guests the whole boat costs less per person than a Master Ocean seat.
