Open trip departures of Maheswari follow a weekday pattern: Mondays and Fridays. The calendar above lists the dates that fall on those days. We check each one for you when you write.

A note on dates: the weekdays are fixed, and the seats fill as guests book, so write early for a busy month.

The open trip, day by day
On the 3D2N, pickup is at 10:00 from your hotel or the airport, a welcome drink is poured on board, and the boat sails at 10:30. Day one goes to Kelor for a trek, lunch, a snorkel at Manjarite, a snack and the sunset at Kalong.
Both evenings end the same way: dinner, then free time. Where the boat spends each night depends on the weather and on the captain's decision that day.
Day two opens with the Padar trek before breakfast. Pink Beach and the Komodo trek follow, with lunch, then snorkels at Taka Makassar and Manta Point and dinner. On day three, Siaba brings a snorkel first, then breakfast and an early lunch.
Mantas keep their own hours, and the weather can change the route.
Sharing the deck and the dining table
On the open trip the deck belongs to everyone aboard, and so does the dining table. The jacuzzi, the bean bags and the sound system are shared in the same way. That is the trade for a seat price.
The table below gives each class at its seat price per person, two sharing: Deluxe Ocean IDR 5,250,000 (≈ USD 322), Signature Ocean IDR 5,750,000 (≈ USD 353) and Master Ocean IDR 6,250,000 (≈ USD 383). Superior is the lowest class and is in the table.
Your seat covers the cabin, meals, snacks, drinks, snorkelling gear, a local guide and the photo and video documentation of the trip. Park tickets are never included.

Pickup hour and the flight home
The last day ends in Labuan Bajo in the late morning, so book flights home after 14:00.
At the start, the pickup at 10:00 is the fixed point. If your flight lands after 10:00, tell us the flight number before you book anything else.
Each guest needs a park ticket in their own name, bought online: IDR 250,000 for international visitors, IDR 50,000 for Indonesian visitors on weekdays. Send us the names once your seat is confirmed, because names and passport details are collected before sailing. Ranger and pier charges are added on top, and no seat price includes them.
When to hold the whole boat instead
If your party fills more than a few cabins, price the whole boat before you pick a seat. From 10 guests the 3D2N charter comes to IDR 5,800,000 (≈ USD 356) each, below a Master Ocean seat, and the deck is yours alone.
A family of eight pays IDR 7,250,000 (≈ USD 445) each on a charter and has the dining room to itself. For a group that wants a different length, the 2D1N and the 4D3N are charter only.

Is there a two-day open trip?
No. The open trip runs the 3D2N only. For two days and one night the boat is chartered whole, at IDR 51,000,000 (≈ USD 3,129) for up to 10 guests, with IDR 1,500,000 (≈ USD 92) for each guest above that.
How do I know a seat is free?
You write with a date and a cabin class. We check and reply on WhatsApp, and the seat is confirmed there. A seat needs 2 paying guests in the cabin, so say how many of you are travelling.
When should I fly home after the last morning?
Book flights after 14:00. The boat is back in Labuan Bajo in the late morning. On the water the captain sets the pace, and a later flight leaves room for it.
Can I book Maheswari for 2027 already?
Yes. Open-trip dates for 2027 follow the pattern of Mondays and Fridays, and a private charter can be reserved for any 2027 date. The 2026 fares apply until the 2027 fares are issued. If a fare changes before your balance is due, we tell you first, and you can cancel without charge.
