A Komodo graduation trip for twelve friends
Updated 20 October 2026
Twelve friends sharing Maheswari on a Komodo graduation trip of 3D2N pay IDR 5,250,000 (≈ USD 322) each: the whole boat for up to 10 guests plus 2 extra guests, IDR 63,000,000 (≈ USD 3,865) in all. Six cabins sleep you on queen beds. The park ticket, a guide and documentation are separate.
For a class of twelve: the sum, then the date
Twelve friends who have finished something are owed a plain sum before anything else. On the 3D2N, the whole boat for up to 10 guests costs IDR 58,000,000 (≈ USD 3,558), and each of the two guests beyond 10 adds IDR 2,500,000 (≈ USD 153). So IDR 58,000,000 (≈ USD 3,558) + 2 × IDR 2,500,000 (≈ USD 153) = IDR 63,000,000 (≈ USD 3,865), and IDR 5,250,000 (≈ USD 322) each.
That equals the price of a Deluxe Ocean seat on the open trip, IDR 5,250,000 (≈ USD 322), and you have the whole boat to yourselves. The table below gives the figure for every party size, and you can read your own.
Then the date. A private charter takes any date the boat is free, so tell us a window rather than a day. A graduation has a fixed week, so name the week you must keep and the weeks you can bend.
| Group size | 1D | 2D1N | 3D2N | 4D3N |

| 2 | IDR 20,000,000 | IDR 25,500,000 | IDR 29,000,000 | IDR 33,500,000 |

Dividing the boat between friends
Twelve guests use six cabins, two to a cabin, on queen beds. Nobody needs an extra bed, and the four balcony cabins stay free to be given out as a prize or drawn from a hat. The cabins page lists the classes.
Decide who shares with whom before you write, because we assign the cabins from your answer. A pair of friends in a Master Ocean cabin and a pair in a Superior cabin sleep in different classes, and the charter price does not change with the class.
A particular deck follows from the cabin class. Neighbouring cabins are a request we pass to the boat, with no promise. The charter price list gives the other lengths if three days is more than your budget.
Two nights, three days, one playlist
Here is the order of the day for a class of twelve. Collect at 10:00 at your hotel, a welcome drink, sailing at 10:30, and the speaker connected before the harbour is behind you. Kelor first, then lunch, a snorkel at Manjarite and a snack.
The Kalong sunset is the class photograph, all twelve on deck. Dinner follows, and the evening is free time on deck with the bean bags and the sound system.
Day 2 opens with Padar before breakfast, a climb worth an early night. Pink Beach, the Komodo trek and lunch follow, then Taka Makassar, a snack and Manta Point, and dinner.
Day 3 is a snorkel at Siaba, an early lunch, and Labuan Bajo in the late morning. The 3-day itinerary page gives the full route.
Gathering twelve shares
One invoice covers the boat, so someone is the organiser. Ask each friend for a twelfth, IDR 5,250,000 (≈ USD 322), and add the park ticket of IDR 250,000 per day for any foreign guest. The deposit is 50% to confirm the booking, and the balance is due 30 days before sailing.
Collect early and collect in your own currency, so that the group does not carry one person's exchange loss. Passport or ID details of all twelve reach us at least 7 days before sailing.
If friends would rather pay us separately, tell us when you book and we confirm how the shares are taken. Flights and the hotel night before are each guest's own.
Evenings aboard for a class of twelve
Soft drinks and alcohol are yours to bring, so the class packs its own. The crew's instructions come first on deck, in the water and on the walks, and they keep the evenings easy for everyone.
The sound system is yours on a private charter, shared only with your friends and the crew, so the volume is the class's to agree.
A younger sibling is welcome. Children aged 0 to 2 travel free, and from age 3 the full fare applies, so send us the ages with your dates.
FAQ
What does a graduation trip for 12 cost per person?
On the 3D2N, IDR 58,000,000 (≈ USD 3,558) + 2 × IDR 2,500,000 (≈ USD 153) = IDR 63,000,000 (≈ USD 3,865) for the whole boat, which is IDR 5,250,000 (≈ USD 322) each. Park tickets, a guide and documentation are separate, and flights and the hotel night before are each guest's own.

Can a younger sibling come along?
Yes. Children aged 0 to 2 travel free, and from age 3 the full fare applies, so a younger sibling counts as a guest. Send the ages and we confirm the head count.
Can we bring drinks?
Yes. Soft drinks and alcohol are yours to bring, so pack what the class likes. Mineral water, coffee and tea are included in the fare.
