Give the number of guests, split into adults and children with the ages of the children. Give the length of trip, 3D2N or 4D3N or another, and say whether you want the whole boat or one cabin on the open trip.
Add the occasion, because a honeymoon and a team retreat plan the same boat differently. Add the airport you will fly from and, if you have it, the hotel. The chef also needs to hear any dietary need now, not on the pier.

Our reply, and what it contains
Our reply names the fare for your head count in rupiah, from the 2026 fares, together with the dollar figure. It says which dates are free for the whole boat and which open-trip departures fall near them. You also receive the cabin plan for your party and the lines that are not in the fare.
Those lines are the same for everyone. Park tickets are bought separately, per visitor. A guide and photo or video documentation can be added to a charter on request, each quoted separately. Flights and hotel nights are outside the fare, and so are tips.
You pay nothing with the first reply. When you decide, the deposit is 50% and the balance falls due 30 days before sailing. We give no response time in hours, but we write back every day, 08:00–20:00 WITA, and you can write at any hour.
Writing from abroad
If you write from another time zone, that is fine. Our hours are in WITA, Central Indonesian Time, which is 8 hours ahead of UTC. A message sent in your evening is answered in our morning.
Send the passport names exactly as they appear on each passport, because the boarding pass must match them. We ask for passport or ID details at least 7 days before sailing, and you can send them after the booking is confirmed.
