The day visits Padar, Pink Beach and Komodo and returns to Labuan Bajo the same day; the pickup hour is confirmed in writing before you pay. Twenty guests pay IDR 2,000,000 (≈ USD 123) each.
Three named stops, one early start
A private full day by phinisi, for as many as 20 guests, takes in three named stops: Padar, Pink Beach and Komodo. Lunch comes after Padar, and a snack comes in the free time before the Komodo trek.
The order of the day runs like this. Breakfast is served once the boat is under sail, and the Padar trek follows. Lunch is laid after the walk, then Pink Beach for snorkelling, free time with a snack, and the Komodo trek to close the day. The sea sets the final order, and the captain tells you the plan when you board.
You have the phinisi, the sun deck, the jacuzzi on deck and the tender to yourselves for as long as the day lasts. The crew of 6 and the chef sail with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

An early start
Early in the morning a car collects your party from your Labuan Bajo hotel, at an hour we confirm in writing before you pay. A welcome drink is poured as you step aboard, and Maheswari sails soon after. Breakfast follows, and the Padar walk comes next.
Have your passport or ID ready at the pickup. Shoes with a grip suit the Padar path, and sunblock goes in the bag you carry ashore. The bring list names sandals or trekking shoes, a backpack, sunglasses and emergency cash.
The early start is what fits three stops into one day, so it suits a party that is happy to start early. With children, ask yourself whether a single long day suits them better than the 2D1N, which gives the walks a night between them and starts later in the morning.
What a day on the boat is priced at
Priced whole, the full day is IDR 40,000,000 (≈ USD 2,454). It is the same for 2 guests and for 20, since the full day carries no extra-guest charge.
Arithmetic by head: two guests pay IDR 20,000,000 (≈ USD 1,227) each, ten pay IDR 4,000,000 (≈ USD 245), and sixteen pay IDR 2,500,000 (≈ USD 153). At twenty, the share falls to IDR 2,000,000 (≈ USD 123).
Compare it with the 2D1N at IDR 51,000,000 (≈ USD 3,129) for up to 10 guests and you see what a night adds: a sunset at Kalong, a dinner on board, and a second morning at Padar.
A note on the length: it is a long day, so for a party with very young children or grandparents the 2D1N sets a gentler pace.

What a day cannot include
A day cannot reach everything. Manta Point and Taka Makassar are on the 3D2N and the 4D3N, not on this one. Kelor and Kalong are on the overnight routes. There is no night aboard, and no dinner on the water.

You return to Labuan Bajo the same day, then go on to your hotel or the airport. The sea and the pace of the walks set the hour, so book flights for the next day.
Inside the day's fare, and outside it
The fare includes pickup and drop-off in Labuan Bajo, the boat, the chef and boat crew, breakfast and lunch, a snack, mineral water, coffee and tea, snorkelling gear, life jackets and the tender. There is no night aboard, so there are no cabins and no dinner on this day.
The Komodo National Park ticket is outside the fare. It is issued online to each visitor by name, at IDR 250,000 for international visitors. A guide and photo or video documentation can be added on request, quoted separately.

Which stops are on the full-day route?
Padar for a trek, Pink Beach (Long Beach) for snorkelling, and Komodo for a trek, with breakfast, lunch and a snack between them. Weather can change that order, and the captain makes the call on the day.
Can I choose different stops?
The full day visits Padar, Pink Beach and Komodo. If you have another stop in mind, tell us when you write and we say whether it fits the day; Manta Point and Taka Makassar belong to the longer routes, not to this one.
Is lunch on board?
Yes. Lunch comes between the Padar walk and Pink Beach, with breakfast before it and a snack in the free time after. Send dietary needs when you book, and we pass them to the chef.
Is the guide included on the full day?
The full-day fare covers the boat, crew, breakfast and lunch. A guide and photo or video documentation are arranged on request and priced on their own, and each visitor buys a Komodo ticket online in their own name.
