Who arranges your trip, and who sails the boat

We arrange four things. The booking comes first: the dates, the length of trip, the cabin plan and the head count, all set out in your confirmation. The payment follows, taken by bank transfer or by card link, and by the other methods shown on the payment lines of your invoice.

The third is the pickup, at 10:00 from your hotel or the airport for the multi-day trips and earlier for the full day, at an hour confirmed in writing before you pay. The fourth is the hotel night before the boat, which we can book for you at a partner rate.

Flights we advise on but do not sell. Park tickets, a guide and photo or video documentation sit outside the fare, and we quote each of them for your dates.

A chef and boat crew sail with every trip, a crew of 6 in all. They work for the boat and not for us.

The captain decides the order of the stops and where the boat spends each night, from the weather on the day. Your wishes go into your booking.

Before the trip you deal with us. On board, the crew of a 30 m boat with 8 cabins look after you.

From the first message, one thread carries everything: your dates, your cabin plan, the invoice and the pickup. You receive the deposit request at 50% once the plan is agreed, and the balance request 30 days before sailing.

Changes follow the booking terms. A date moved 30 days or more before sailing costs nothing, subject to availability, and from 29 down to 14 days the fee is IDR 500,000. If the boat cannot sail, the replacement is a boat of equal or higher class on your dates, or a full refund within 14 days.

The day before sailing we confirm the pickup hour and the hotel or flight it is set against. On the last day, a car meets you at the harbour and takes you to your hotel or to the airport for your flight.
