The whole of Maheswari on a 3D2N charter costs IDR 58,000,000 (≈ USD 3,558) for up to 10 guests, then IDR 2,500,000 (≈ USD 153) for each guest above 10, up to 20. Fourteen guests pay IDR 4,860,000 (≈ USD 298) each. The guide, the photo documentation and park tickets sit outside the fare.
Your party size, then the price per guest
A private phinisi charter for up to 20 guests starts with one number: how many of you will sleep aboard. Children count too. The boat sleeps 16 on queen beds and 20 with the extra beds, and that is the range this page prices.

The whole boat is IDR 58,000,000 (≈ USD 3,558) + 2 × IDR 2,500,000 (≈ USD 153) = IDR 63,000,000 (≈ USD 3,865). That is IDR 5,250,000 (≈ USD 322) each.
These are the 2026 figures, which apply until the 2027 fares are issued. Per-person amounts are rounded to the nearest ten thousand rupiah, so multiplying them back leaves a small difference. The whole-boat total is the exact figure.

On the 3D2N, up to 10 guests pay the base price, IDR 58,000,000 (≈ USD 3,558), for the whole boat. A pair and a party of 10 pay the same total; only the share changes. After 10, each added guest costs IDR 2,500,000 (≈ USD 153).
That makes the arithmetic short. Eighteen guests pay IDR 58,000,000 (≈ USD 3,558) + 8 × IDR 2,500,000 (≈ USD 153) = IDR 78,000,000 (≈ USD 4,785). Twenty pay IDR 58,000,000 (≈ USD 3,558) + 10 × IDR 2,500,000 (≈ USD 153) = IDR 83,000,000 (≈ USD 5,092). No other charge appears between those lines.
Past 10 guests the per-person price falls with every extra head, until at 20 it stands at IDR 4,150,000 (≈ USD 255).

What your fare pays for
The fare pays for the boat with its air-conditioned cabins, and for pickup and drop-off in Labuan Bajo. It pays for breakfast, lunch and dinner on trip days and for the chef and boat crew. The sun deck and lazy chairs, the tender, snorkelling equipment, life jackets, mineral water, snacks, coffee and tea are in it too.

Guests bring their own soft drinks and alcohol. Dietary needs go to the chef through us when you book.

Komodo National Park package per guest: 3D2N: IDR 650,000 per foreign guest, IDR 350,000 per Indonesian guest; 4D3N: IDR 750,000 per foreign guest, IDR 350,000 per Indonesian guest. It includes the government entrance ticket, the ranger fee and local levies.
Guide, photographs and park tickets: three lines outside the fare
Three things stay outside every charter fare. Two of them are services: the guide, and the photo and video documentation. Both are arranged on request and quoted separately for your dates and your party.
The third is the park ticket. Komodo National Park tickets are bought online per visitor, in the visitor's own name. The fee is IDR 250,000 for international visitors, IDR 50,000 for Indonesian visitors on weekdays and IDR 75,000 at weekends. The ranger fee and local levies are not charged on their own: they sit in KEXI's park package with the government ticket (PP 36/2024), paid on top of the boat price unless your quote says it is included.
Because each ticket carries a name, names and passport details are collected before sailing. Send them once the date is held.

One package covers the government entrance ticket (IDR 250,000 per foreign visitor per day, PP 36/2024), the ranger fee and the local levies. The other three lengths of charter
The full day costs IDR 40,000,000 (≈ USD 2,454) for the whole boat, flat for any party from 1 to 20 guests. Twenty guests pay IDR 2,000,000 (≈ USD 123) each; two pay IDR 20,000,000 (≈ USD 1,227).
2D1N is IDR 51,000,000 (≈ USD 3,129) for up to 10 guests and adds IDR 1,500,000 (≈ USD 92) for each guest above 10. Fourteen guests come to IDR 51,000,000 (≈ USD 3,129) + 4 × IDR 1,500,000 (≈ USD 92) = IDR 57,000,000 (≈ USD 3,497).
At 4D3N the boat is IDR 67,000,000 (≈ USD 4,110) for up to 10 guests, and IDR 3,500,000 (≈ USD 215) per guest beyond that. Sixteen guests come to IDR 67,000,000 (≈ USD 4,110) + 6 × IDR 3,500,000 (≈ USD 215) = IDR 88,000,000 (≈ USD 5,399).
Per person the longer trips cost more, but per night the 4D3N is the lowest of the three overnight lengths. The itinerary pages set out the stops for each, and the compare page weighs them against the open trip.

If Maheswari cannot sail
Boats do not always sail. If Maheswari cannot sail on your dates, we offer a boat of an equal or higher class. If that is not possible, you receive a full refund of what you have paid.
Terms further down apply to a change you ask for, and the guarantee above applies to a change the boat forces. The substitute depends on which boats are free for your dates, and the offer names it.
Deposit, changes and cancelling
A deposit of 50% holds your date. The balance is due 30 days before sailing. Both amounts appear on the invoice, which names PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia and carries VAT of 11% inside the fare.
To cancel 60 days or more ahead, 50% is refunded; from 59 to 30 days ahead, 25%; inside 30 days, nothing. A date change is free 30 days or more ahead and costs IDR 500,000 from 29 to 14 days ahead. Inside 14 days it is treated as a cancellation.
Payment by bank transfer in rupiah, Wise, Revolut, PayPal, QRIS, Alipay or a card link works; WeChat Pay goes through a payment partner. The tables below set out each term.

FAQ
Is the guide included in a private charter?
The charter fare covers the boat, the crew and the meals. A guide and photo or video documentation are extra services, quoted for your dates when you ask. Park tickets are also outside the fare and are bought online in each visitor's own name.
What happens to the price above 10 guests?
Each guest above 10 adds a set amount: IDR 2,500,000 (≈ USD 153) on the 3D2N, IDR 1,500,000 (≈ USD 92) on the 2D1N and IDR 3,500,000 (≈ USD 215) on the 4D3N. The full day stays flat at IDR 40,000,000 (≈ USD 2,454) for any party up to 20. The boat takes 20 on every length.
What is the cheapest length per person?
The full day, at IDR 4,000,000 (≈ USD 245) each for 10 guests. The same ten pay IDR 5,100,000 (≈ USD 313) each on the 2D1N, IDR 5,800,000 (≈ USD 356) on the 3D2N and IDR 6,700,000 (≈ USD 411) on the 4D3N. The full day has no night aboard and reaches only Padar, Pink Beach and Komodo.
What if the boat cannot sail on my dates?
We offer a boat of an equal or higher class. If that is not possible, you receive a full refund. The offer sets the substitute's class beside the one you booked, so you can weigh the two.
Can I pay in instalments or by card?
Payment comes in two steps: a deposit of 50% to hold the date and the balance 30 days before sailing. A card link works, as do bank transfer in rupiah, Wise, Revolut, PayPal, QRIS and Alipay. The card link and PayPal carry a fee shown on your invoice.
Can I book Maheswari for 2027 already?
Yes. Open-trip dates for 2027 follow the pattern of Mondays and Fridays, and a private charter can be reserved for any 2027 date. The 2026 fares apply until the 2027 fares are issued. If a fare changes before your balance is due, we tell you first, and you can cancel without charge.
