Booking Maheswari takes three steps: you send the dates and head count, a deposit of 50% holds the date, and the balance follows 30 days before sailing. A 3D2N charter for up to 10 guests costs IDR 58,000,000 (≈ USD 3,558). Every point appears on your invoice.
From your first message to boarding
The first message needs four facts: the dates you have in mind, the number of guests, the ages of any children, and the occasion. Nothing else is required. We reply with a cabin plan and a figure for your exact party.
If the figure suits you, you say so and we send an invoice that names PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia. Paying the deposit of 50% holds the date from that moment.
The balance is paid 30 days before sailing. In between, we collect names and passport details, dietary notes and flight numbers. On the morning of boarding, a car meets you at 10:00 at your hotel or the airport.

What we prepare before you board
Before you board, we prepare the parts of the trip that do not depend on the sea. The cabin plan comes first: who sleeps where, and which cabins take a third guest. A chosen deck follows from the cabin class. Cabins next to each other are a request we pass to the boat, with no promise.
Then the dietary notes, which go to the chef, and you hear back what the kitchen will prepare.
After that, the pickup. Hotel or airport, the hour, a vehicle for your party size, and the hotel night in Labuan Bajo the evening before. Arrive a day early, since flights into Labuan Bajo are sometimes delayed or cancelled.
Last come the park tickets, one per guest and each in that guest's name. We tell you which names we need, and by when.
Deposit and balance
The deposit is 50% of the fare. The balance is due 30 days before sailing. Both appear on the invoice with the VAT of 11% that sits inside the fare. The deposit is a share of the fare, so for a 3D2N charter of up to 10 guests it is 50% of IDR 58,000,000 (≈ USD 3,558).
A table sets out the schedule. A booking made inside 30 days of sailing is paid in full at once. On a charter, a guide and photo documentation are quoted separately if you ask for either.
Last on the bring list are soft drinks and alcohol if you want them. Guests bring those themselves.

Deposit 50% to confirm, balance 30 days before departure. You can also settle the balance in Labuan Bajo on the departure day, in cash or by card on the EDC machine.
If you change your mind
If you change your mind 60 days or more ahead, 50% of what you have paid is refunded. From 59 to 30 days ahead, 25% is. Inside 30 days, nothing is.
A date change costs nothing when you ask 30 days or more before sailing. From 29 to 14 days ahead it costs IDR 500,000. A change asked for inside 14 days counts as a cancellation. The table below sets out each step. Write to us before the 30-day mark if a date is in doubt, because a free change is possible only while the date is 30 days or more away.
If Maheswari cannot sail, the position is different. We offer a boat of an equal or higher class, and if that is not possible, a full refund. The offer comes to you in writing.

Methods of payment and the name on the invoice
You can pay by bank transfer in rupiah, by a card payment link, by Wise, Revolut, PayPal, QRIS or Alipay. WeChat Pay runs through a payment partner. The card link and PayPal carry a fee, shown on your invoice.
The invoice names PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia, NIB 1805260128363. That company books the trip, issues the invoice and answers for the booking. The boat sails with its own chef and boat crew, a crew of 6 that works for the boat.

A card payment link works and carries a fee shown on your invoice. Bank transfer in rupiah, Wise, Revolut, PayPal, QRIS and Alipay also work. If you want to split one payment across two methods, tell us and we set it up on the invoice.
What happens if I cancel?
Sixty days or more ahead, 50% is refunded; from 59 to 30 days, 25%; inside 30 days, nothing. A date change costs IDR 500,000 from 29 to 14 days ahead and is treated as a cancellation inside 14 days.
