For your team, the head count comes before the date. The price of a corporate retreat by private phinisi does not rise guest by guest. It holds at one figure up to 10 colleagues, then adds a set amount for each person above that.

Every colleague who sleeps aboard counts toward the party size. The boat holds 16 on queen beds and 20 with the four extra beds, and no overnight trip takes more.

Divided by 14, that is IDR 4,860,000 (≈ USD 298) each. The first 10 are covered by the base price, and each of the four above pays IDR 2,500,000 (≈ USD 153).
On the 2D1N, the same team pays IDR 51,000,000 (≈ USD 3,129) + 4 × IDR 1,500,000 (≈ USD 92) = IDR 57,000,000 (≈ USD 3,497), or IDR 4,070,000 (≈ USD 250) each. The difference between the two is what the second night and the third day add: Taka Makassar, Manta Point and Siaba.
VAT of 11% is inside the fare. The guide, the photo documentation and the park tickets are outside it, and the first two are quoted separately, on request. Park tickets, issued online one per person, are IDR 250,000 for international colleagues and IDR 50,000 for Indonesian ones on weekdays.

A one-night and a two-night plan for the agenda
For a retreat that must fit a working week, the 2D1N is the shorter plan. Here is the order of the day for your team. The car collects everyone at 10:00, and the boat sails at 10:30, which leaves the hour at sea before Kelor for a welcome and the outline of the trip.
Kelor and a snorkel at Manjarite fill the afternoon. The working session sits best in the dining room after lunch, before the snack, and the Kalong sunset closes the day before dinner on board.
The second morning opens with the Padar trek before breakfast, then Pink Beach, the Komodo trek and lunch, and a return to Labuan Bajo the same day. A short review fits the sail home.
For a retreat with more room in it, the 3D2N adds Taka Makassar, Manta Point and a third morning at Siaba, and returns by late morning, so book flights after 14:00. The captain orders the stops on the day with the weather.
Working time on deck, and how we set it up
The boat gives your team a sun deck with lazy chairs, an indoor dining room, a large outdoor area with bean bags, a Bluetooth sound system and a jacuzzi on deck. Two generators are aboard.
Meeting room: not aboard; the dining room is where the team sits together, and we confirm the seating for your head count. If your session needs a projector and screen, tell us, and we confirm what can be arranged before you book.
Wi-Fi on board comes from the crew's mobile connection and works where the signal reaches. Plan the sessions for talking and paper rather than video calls.
One invoice, one deposit, and the names we need
One invoice covers the whole team. It names your company, carries VAT of 11% inside the fare, and shows the deposit of 50% and the balance due 30 days before sailing. Separate invoices for departments can be issued on request.
What we prepare before you board: the cabin plan, pairing colleagues as you tell us, and the chef's notes, one per colleague with a dietary need. Then a pickup plan for arrivals from several cities, and the park tickets. For all of it we need one list of names as they appear on the passports, which serves the tickets and the boarding pass alike.
The pickup is at 10:00, so ask everyone to arrive in Labuan Bajo a day early. Send us the arrival times in one list, and we write one pickup plan for all of them.

Can we get one invoice for the whole team?
Yes. The invoice names the company you give us and shows the deposit of 50% and the balance due 30 days before sailing. If departments pay separately, tell us when you book and we split the invoice.
Does the fare include VAT?
Yes. VAT of 11% is inside the fare, and the invoice shows it as a line of its own. The guide, the photo documentation and park tickets are outside the fare; the first two are quoted separately, on request, and tickets are bought per visitor.
Can half the team fly in the day before?
Yes, and we recommend everyone arrives a day early, since the pickup is at 10:00. Send the arrival times and the hotel you prefer, and we plan a pickup for each group.
How many colleagues fit if some share cabins?
Up to 20. Eight cabins on queen beds hold 16; the four balcony cabins, Signature Ocean and Master Ocean, each take an extra bed for 20. Superior and Deluxe Ocean take 2 colleagues, so the team shares in pairs.
Can we run a meeting or a presentation on board?
Yes, in the dining room or on deck; there is no separate meeting room. The boat has a sun deck, an indoor dining room and a large outdoor area. Tell us what your session needs, a screen or printed handouts, and we confirm what can be arranged.
