For two couples, a private Komodo boat trip on Maheswari costs IDR 14,500,000 (≈ USD 890) each for the whole boat on the 3D2N, or IDR 58,000,000 (≈ USD 3,558) in all. On the open trip, two Deluxe Ocean cabins cost IDR 5,250,000 (≈ USD 322) per person, on Mondays and Fridays, with the deck shared.
Four guests have two ways to go. The open trip puts you in two cabins on a boat that other guests share. The charter puts you in as many cabins as you like on a boat that is yours. For two couples on an anniversary trip, the question is how much deck you want to share.
On the open trip, two couples take two cabins, each cabin with 2 paying guests. On a charter, four guests can use two cabins and leave six empty, or spread into four. The price does not move, because it is the price of the boat.
The whole boat on the 3D2N costs IDR 58,000,000 (≈ USD 3,558), which is IDR 14,500,000 (≈ USD 890) each for four guests. Two cabins on the open trip, at the Deluxe Ocean seat price, cost IDR 5,250,000 (≈ USD 322) per person.
Deluxe Ocean and Master Ocean are both on the upper deck. Deluxe Ocean has a queen bed and no balcony; Master Ocean has a queen bed, an extra bed and a private balcony. So two couples can sit on the same deck whichever of the two they choose, and a couple who want a balcony can take Master Ocean while the others keep Deluxe.
Signature Ocean has a balcony too, on the main deck. Superior is on the lower deck, with no balcony, and is the lowest seat on the open trip. Seat prices are in the table on the cabins page.
Cabins next to each other are a request we pass to the boat. No deck plan is printed, so we cannot promise them.

Check availability · Superior CabinHere is the order of the day for two couples on the 3D2N. The car collects all four of you at 10:00, the welcome drink is poured, and the boat sails at 10:30. Kelor's trek comes first, then lunch together and a snorkel at Manjarite.
Toast the anniversary at the Kalong sunset, from whichever balcony or corner of the deck you claim, and dinner follows. If you would like a cake that evening, tell us when you book.
Day two starts on the Padar path before breakfast, then Pink Beach, the Komodo trek and lunch. Taka Makassar and Manta Point fill the afternoon, and the evening is free for the four of you.
The last morning is Siaba, breakfast and an early lunch, and Labuan Bajo by late morning. On a charter only your party is on the walks and the snorkels; the captain decides the order on the day.

Park tickets, the guide and the photo documentation come on top of a charter; tickets are bought online per visitor, at IDR 250,000 for international visitors. On the open trip, tickets are extra too.
If each couple wants its own invoice, tell us when you book, and we confirm how the payment is split. The deposit of 50% holds the date, and the balance follows 30 days before sailing.
On a shared trip, privacy ends at the cabin door. Each cabin has its own bathroom and its own air conditioning, and four cabins have a private balcony. Beyond the cabins, the dining room, the sun deck, the outdoor area and the jacuzzi belong to every guest aboard.
A charter changes that. The four of you have the deck, the dining room and the jacuzzi, and the chef and boat crew of 6 serve only your party. Nothing about a charter changes the stops: the captain still sets the order.
If privacy is the point of the trip, price the whole boat before you take two cabins. For four guests the difference is easy to read in the figures above.
