For your family, the beds come first. Eight cabins on queen beds sleep 16. The four balcony cabins, Signature Ocean and Master Ocean, each take an extra bed, so 20 is the most the boat holds. A family of eight uses four cabins, or three if two of them take a third guest.
The plan below shows how the cabins fill as the party grows. Count your children in it, even the youngest, because on an overnight trip every child needs a place to sleep. Children under 3 travel free and add no fare.

A note on the deck: the jacuzzi, the bean bags and the sound system are all out on deck, so keep an eye on the youngest as you would at home.

A family of eight on the three-day route
Take eight guests, say two parents with their children and two grandparents, on the 3D2N. Eight is inside the band of up to 10, so IDR 58,000,000 (≈ USD 3,558) divided by 8 gives IDR 7,250,000 (≈ USD 445) each. Here is the order of the day for your family.
At ten the car collects you, and by half past the boat has sailed. The first afternoon is the gentlest: Kelor, lunch, a snorkel at Manjarite for the children, a snack, and the Kalong sunset before dinner.
Before breakfast on day two, the walkers climb Padar while the youngest sleep on. Pink Beach is the children's snorkel, Komodo the walk for the older ones, and dinner closes the long day.
The last morning is a snorkel at Siaba, breakfast and an early lunch, and Labuan Bajo by late morning. Book flights home after 14:00.
What children under three pay, and what they need on board
Children aged 0 to 2 travel free. From 3 a child pays the full fare. On the whole boat that is simple: the fare is for the boat, and the head count only matters past 10 guests, where each added guest costs IDR 2,500,000 (≈ USD 153).
A child still needs a bed place on an overnight trip, free or not. A cot or a child seat is not on the boat's printed list. Ask, and we put the request to the crew, with no promise.
Life jackets are in the fare. Give us the ages and heights of the children, and we check the sizes aboard before you sail. Dietary needs go to the chef through us when you book, and the children's favourites go on the same note.
The cabins parents tend to choose
Parents with one child choose Signature Ocean or Master Ocean, because both take a third guest on the extra bed. Signature Ocean is on the main deck and Master Ocean on the upper deck; both have a private balcony.
If anyone in your party finds steps difficult, tell us before you book. Superior is on the lower deck and takes 2 guests.
With eight guests and four cabins, tell us who sleeps with whom, and we assign them. Cabins side by side are a request we pass to the boat, with no promise.

What we prepare before you board: the cabin plan, drawn around the children's ages, and the chef's note on what each child eats. Life jacket sizes are checked with the crew. Then the pickup from your hotel or the airport, and the park tickets, one in each guest's name, so send us every name.
No cabin takes more than 3 guests, and the boat holds 20. Wi-Fi is local only.
