Pickup, vehicles and the small arrangements around the trip

On a Maheswari charter, pickup and drop-off in Labuan Bajo are in the fare, at 10:00 for multi-day trips and earlier for the full day. A HiAce seats up to 12, and dinners, cakes and decoration are arranged on request, each quoted for your dates.
Pickup at ten, and who meets you
For a multi-day trip the car arrives at 10:00, at your hotel or at the airport. A welcome drink is poured before sailing. On the full day the car comes earlier, at an hour we confirm in writing before you pay, and the boat sails soon after.
Pickup and drop-off in Labuan Bajo are in every charter fare, so the car costs you nothing extra. Tell us the hotel or the flight, and we confirm the meeting point. If your flight lands after 10:00, send us the flight number and we confirm the hour.
On the open trip the pickup hour is 10:00 as well, and we confirm with your seat how the pickup works for your date.
A larger vehicle for a larger party
A party that fills more than one car needs a larger vehicle. A Toyota HiAce seats up to 12, and a larger coach is available on request for the biggest parties. Either is quoted separately, and the quotation names the number of seats, the pickup hour and the places the vehicle will call at.
Give the number of guests and the amount of luggage. A party of 20 with 20 suitcases is a different job from a party of 6 with backpacks, and the quotation says so.
The vehicle runs between the airport, your hotel and the harbour, and we write the times for each leg of the run in your confirmation. Everyone knows when the car leaves.
Birthdays, proposals and a table on the beach
A birthday, a proposal or a table on the beach each begins as a short message. A dinner on an island, a private island dinner and a seafood dinner are each arranged on request. So is a dinner with a special request, such as a birthday or a proposal.
Give us the date, the guest numbers and the idea. We ask the boat, then come back with a figure for your party, and you decide. Weather and the captain's decision on the day decide where it can happen.
Each is priced for your evening, and nothing joins your fare until you accept the figure. If a request is beyond the boat, we tell you before the deposit and suggest what can be done instead.
Cabin and deck decoration
A cabin or the deck can be decorated for a honeymoon, a birthday or an anniversary. It is arranged on request and quoted separately, like the dinners. Describe the colours and the pieces you have in mind.
Name the cabin class you will be in, and the evening you want it ready for. We confirm what the crew will lay in the cabin or on the deck.
You describe what you want, and we reply with what can be done. Decoration for an anniversary or a birthday follows the same route as one for a honeymoon: a figure, then your decision.
Request in, written figure out
The steps are short. You write to us with the service and the date, and we reply with a written figure. You accept it or you do not, and nothing is charged until you do. Where a service depends on the weather, such as a dinner on an island, the quotation says who decides on the day.
Below is what we arrange: meetings on board or on an island, corporate and family gatherings, island and seafood dinners, special-request dinners, decoration, and a photographer or drone. A drone needs a park permit, so tell us before you fly one.
Every figure is quoted for your party and your date. The same service for a different party can differ.
Free pickup
Pickup from your Labuan Bajo hotel or the airport is free on a private charter: 10:00 for the multi-day trips, with sailing at 10:30, and earlier for the full day, at an hour we confirm in writing before you pay.
A private Toyota HiAce seats up to 12 and can replace the shared car for a larger party. It is quoted separately.

Services are best booked with the trip, not after it. The steps below show the order, from your first message to the morning of boarding. Add the request to your first message, and the quotation arrives with the cabin plan and the fare.
The deposit of 50% holds the date. A service joins the invoice only if you accept its quotation. The balance follows 30 days before sailing.
Guide and photo and video documentation are not in a charter fare. Both are available on request, quoted separately, and the booking steps include them like any other service. A drone is a separate matter, because it needs a permit from the national park.
